Viewing a Chart

How can I view a chart on MT5 WebTrader?

To view a chart on MT5 WebTrader, follow these steps:

Log in to MT5:

• Enter your account credentials (login, password, and server) to access your trading account.

From the Market Watch:

• Find the symbol (currency pair, stock, etc.) you want to view the chart for. If it's not visible, right-click in the Market Watch window and choose "Symbols" to add it.
• Right-click on the new symbol and select "Chart Window". This will open a new chart with the selected symbol.
  
  

From the Current Chart Window:

• At the top of the chart window, right-click and choose "Symbol" or click the symbol's name (located in the top-left corner of the chart).
• A dropdown list will appear, where you can select a different symbol to display in the chart window.

Switch Between Open Charts:

• If you have multiple charts open, you can switch between them using the tabs at the bottom of the platform. Each open chart will be listed with the symbol name for easy access. You can reposition this panel by dragging it using the handle and releasing it once you've found the preferred location.

Customize the Chart:

• To customise the appearance of your charts, first, click on Charts on the top menu and select “Proprieties”, or you can right-click on any empty part of an open chart and select "Proprieties”.

• To switch between different time frames, use the time frame options (M1, M5, H1, etc.) at the top of the chart.
