Help CenterAn Internal Transfer is a secure and efficient way to manage capital within your Valor Markets account. This feature allows you to reallocate funds between your wallet and live trading accounts, or across multiple accounts you hold, with transactions executed instantly and without commission.
Transferring Funds from Your Wallet to a Trading Account
To move funds from your wallet to a live trading account:
- Log in to your Valor Markets account.
- Navigate to the Internal Transfers tab in the left-hand menu.
- Select Deposit.
- Choose the recipient live account where the funds will be transferred.
- Enter the amount to be transferred from your wallet balance.
- Click Send to confirm.
Funds will be credited instantly to your selected trading account.
Withdrawing Funds from a Live Account to Your Wallet Balance
To withdraw funds from a live account back to your wallet balance:
- Log in to your Valor Markets account.
- Navigate to the Internal Transfers tab in the left-hand menu.
- Select Withdraw.
- Choose the live account from which funds will be withdrawn.
- Enter the amount to be transferred to your wallet balance.
- Click Send to confirm.
Your wallet balance will be updated immediately once the transfer is complete.
Transferring Funds Between Live Accounts
- Log in to your Valor Markets account, navigate to the 'Internal Transfer' section, and select 'Internal Transfers'.
- Choose both the source and destination live accounts for the transfer.
- Enter the amount you wish to transfer and click 'Send'. The funds will be transferred immediately.
Transfers between different traders accounts is not available.
