To maintain a secure and compliant trading environment, all clients are required to complete Identity Verification (KYC). This process forms part of our regulatory obligations under applicable AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and compliance standards.
Review the guidance below to help ensure your verification is completed efficiently.
Prepare a Valid Identification Document
Before starting verification, ensure you have a valid government-issued identification document physically available.
‼️If the government-issued identification document is damaged, cracked, or torn, the system may not be able to validate it successfully. Using a clean, undamaged document improves the chances of a quick approval.
Accepted documents typically include:
- Passport
- National Identity Card
- Driving Licence
- Residence Permit
During the process, you may be asked to present and hold your document to confirm your identity in real time. For this reason, the original document must be in your possession at the time of verification.
Verification Must Be Completed Using Your Own Identification
Your account must be verified using your own personal identification document.
Submitting documents that belong to another individual is not permitted and will result in verification failure. Such activity may also lead to account restrictions or suspension in accordance with our compliance policies.
Document Validity Requirements
To avoid delays, please ensure:
- The document has not expired
- The document remains valid for at least one additional month
- All details are clear, readable, and unobstructed
- The entire document is visible, including all edges
Documents that are expired, close to expiry, incomplete, or unclear may be rejected during the verification review.
Complete Verification in Appropriate Lighting
During the verification process, you may be asked to complete a liveness check or capture images of your identification document.
Please ensure you are in a well-lit environment so that both your face and identification document are clearly visible. Poor lighting conditions may prevent successful verification.
One Account Per Client
Each client is permitted to maintain a single verified account.
Opening or attempting to verify multiple accounts may result in verification complications and could lead to account restrictions or suspension.
This requirement forms part of our AML/KYC compliance framework. For further information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions and AML/KYC Policy.
Minimum Age Requirement
To open and verify an account, clients must be at least 18 years of age.
Client Responsibility Notice
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information and documents are accurate, valid, and belong to the account holder. Providing inaccurate or misleading information may result in verification rejection or account limitations.
Support Assistance
If you encounter any difficulties during the verification process, our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via Live Chat or Support Ticket.
