What documents are required to open a corporate account?
We support direct corporate account registration through our sign-up page. To get started, simply select ‘Corporate Account’ as your client type during registration.
After completing the basic details, you’ll be guided through the corporate onboarding process, where you’ll need to upload the following required documents:
1. Company Identification
- Registered company name, registration number, and official business address
- Details of the board of directors or equivalent governing body
- Jurisdiction of incorporation and applicable governing law
- Disclosure of the company’s legal and beneficial ownership
2. Company Documents
- Articles of Association or equivalent constitutional documents
- Certificate of Incorporation (proof of legal existence)
- Certificate of Good Standing (issued within the last 90 days)
- Memorandum and Articles of Association, or equivalent documentation disclosing beneficial ownership structure
- Register of Shareholders
- Register of Officers (directors and company secretary); and
- Proof of registered and physical address (issued within the last 90 days)
3. Identity of Director(s)
- Identity document (identity card, passport, driver's license, or residency permit); and
- Proof of address (not older than 90 days).
4. Identity of Beneficial Owners
Beneficial owners are individuals who directly or indirectly hold more than 25% ownership of the company or exercise significant control. For each beneficial owner, the following must be submitted:
- Valid government-issued identity document (passport, identity card, driver’s license, or residency permit)
- Signed minutes of the company’s decision or board resolution authorizing the opening of the corporate account

- Document requirements may vary by jurisdiction. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure all relevant documents are collected and submitted.
- All documents must be in English or accompanied by a certified true translation. Both the original document and the translation are required for verification where applicable.
