How to Open a Corporate Account

What documents are required to open a corporate account?

We support direct corporate account registration through our sign-up page. To get started, simply select ‘Corporate Account’ as your client type during registration.

After completing the basic details, you’ll be guided through the corporate onboarding process, where you’ll need to upload the following required documents:

Company Identification:

  • Company name, registered number, registered office, and principal place of business;
  • The company board of directors or members of the equivalent management body;
  • The law to which the company is subject; and
  • The company's legal and beneficial owners.

Company Documents:

  • Articles of association or other governing documents;
  • Proof of legal existence (certificate of incorporation);
  • Certificate of Good Standing (not older than 90 days);
  • Documents disclosing beneficial ownership structure (articles & memorandum of association);
  • Register of Shareholders;
  • Register of Officers (directors and company secretary); and
  • Proof of registered and physical address (not older than 90 days).

Identity of Director(s):

  • Identity document (identity card, passport, driver's license, or residency permit); and
  • Proof of address (not older than 90 days).

Identities of Beneficiaries:

Beneficiaries are those who directly or indirectly own more than 25% of the company or otherwise exercise significant control over it.

The following documents need to be provided for the verification of such individuals:

  • Identity document (identity card, passport, driver's license, or residency permit); and
  • Signed minutes of meeting/decision of the company to open the corporate account.

Note: 

Kindly note that the names of the documents requested may vary across different jurisdictions and it is your responsibility to gather and upload the correct documents for the application.

Additionally, all provided documents must be in English or be certified true translations of the original documentation. Both the translations and the originals are necessary for non-English originals.
