How to Deposit with Your Card Using MoonPay Commerce

At Valor Markets, we’ve streamlined the process for making deposits using Pay by Card. This guide will walk you through every step, ensuring you can fund your account with ease.

Here’s how to get started:

Step 1: Start Your Deposit on Valor Markets

Log in to your Valor Markets dashboard.
Head over to the Deposit section.
Select Pay by Card as your preferred deposit method.

A 2% deposit fee set by MoonPay will be automatically subtracted from your deposit amount. Should you have any concerns regarding this fee, please address them directly with MoonPay.
Enter how much you want to fund your account with and pick your currency.
Hit Confirm to proceed.

Step 2: Redirect to MoonPay Commerce Payment Gateway

Once you confirm your deposit, you'll be redirected to the MoonPay Commerce payment interface.

MoonPay Commerce will display the exact amount you need to pay — usually shown in USDC (a stablecoin).
For example, if your deposit is $20, you’ll see 20 USDC to pay.
Enter your Valor Markets User ID and click the Pay With Card button to move forward.

Step 3: Selecting Your Payment Method

You will now be redirected to a separate window to complete the payment process via MoonPay.
If you are not redirected to the MoonPay checkout page, please ensure that pop-up blocking is disabled in your browser settings and restart the process.
Available payment methods may vary depending on your jurisdiction.
Please note that each payment method may involve a different verification and processing procedure, and additional information or documentation may be required depending on the selected option.

Already have funds in your MoonPay Commerce wallet and would like to deposit them into your Valor Markets account? It's Simple!

If you already have funds available in your MoonPay Commerce wallet, you can use them to deposit into your Valor Markets account.
Start by creating a new deposit request through Valor Markets.
When selecting your payment method, choose MoonPay Balance.
MoonPay will use the available funds from your internal wallet balance to complete the transaction.
Once processed, the purchased cryptocurrency will be sent directly to the Valor Markets wallet address associated with your deposit request.

Step 4: Payment Processing and Confirmation

Upon successful payment submission, MoonPay Commerce will display a confirmation message.
Deposits are typically processed within minutes; however, in some cases, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive an email confirmation once the transaction has been successfully completed and cleared.

Step 6: Check Your Valor Markets Account

Once the payment has been processed successfully by MoonPay Commerce, the funds will be reflected either in your Valor Markets account balance or directly in your selected trading account, depending on the option chosen during the deposit process
