How can I Customize my Watchlist on MT5?

Adding Instruments to Your Watchlist

1. Log in to MT5:

   •  Login to your trading account using your login credentials.

2. Open the Market Watch Window:

   • If the "Market Watch" window is not visible, click on View in the top menu and select Market Watch or press Ctrl + M.
     
     

3. Add Instruments:

   • You can left-click on "+ Click to add..." and search for the instrument you want to add and press Enter.

    

• You can also, right-click on the market watch, and go to "Symbols"
  
  
• Once the Symbols tab is open, you can browse through the symbols folder and add the symbols you want by selecting them and clicking on "Show Symbol" or remove the ones you don't want to show by selecting "Hide Symbol".
  
  

Rearranging Your Watchlist

1. Drag and Drop:

   • In the Market Watch window, click and hold on the instrument you wish to move.
   • Drag it to your desired position in the list and release it.

2. Sorting Options:

   • Right-click in the Market Watch window and choose Sort by to arrange the instruments alphabetically or by other criteria.

Removing Instruments from Your Watchlist

1. Right-Click to Remove:

   • In the Market Watch window, right-click on the instrument you wish to remove.
   • Select Hide to remove it from your watchlist.

2. Manage Symbols:

   • You can also go back to the Symbols window (right-click > Symbols), highlight the instrument, and click Hide to remove it.
