Help CenterTo close your PAMM strategy, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Accounts section in the left-hand menu.
- Locate the strategy you wish to close.
- Click the “×” icon at the bottom left of the strategy card to initiate closure.
Important: Before proceeding, ensure that no investors currently hold active positions in the strategy. A strategy can only be closed once all investments have been settled or withdrawn. Strategy closure is an irreversible action. Please review all positions and investor activity carefully before confirming your request.
Balance reflects the updated value of your investment after profits/losses while Investment Equity indicates the current investment value and represents the amount available for withdrawal.
