Your account's trading history can be displayed via the Toolbox section of your MetaTrader platform.
To make sure the toolbox has been added to the platform, go to the top menu, click on "View" > "Toolbox" and this will add it to the bottom of the window.
To view your entire trading history, in the Toolbox section, click on the "History" tab and right-click to select "All history".
You can also save the report in HTML or XML format by right-clicking anywhere on the History tab and going to ‘Report’ to select the format you want and the path you want to save it in.
