How Do I Deposit Using Pay by Card?

1. Log In: Access your Valor Markets account by logging in.

3. Confirm and Input Details: Click 'Confirm', insert your Deposit Amount and Currency, and choose where to transfer the funds—your wallet or directly to your live account.
   
   
4. Choose Cryptocurrency: When paying by card, you’ll have the option to select the cryptocurrency you wish to purchase, such as USDC or Solana. After choosing your preferred cryptocurrency, click 'Pay with Card'. 
   
   
   

You'll be redirected to Helio, our third-party payment service provider:

• If you don’t have an account, register using your email address or Google.
• If you already have an account, simply sign in.

Helio will send a verification code to the email address you provided. Enter the code to continue the process.

What Payment Methods Are Available on Helio for Valor Markets? 

Helio provides access to the following third-party payment methods:

• Transak  
• Unlimit
• MoonPay

These services allow users to purchase cryptocurrency using card payments. It’s important to note that the supported countries and available assets for purchase may differ between these providers. Please review the details carefully to choose the method that works best for you.

What If My Country or State Isn’t Supported?

If you encounter an error message indicating that your country or state isn’t supported, consider exploring other third-party payment options available to you.

Completing the Deposit Process

Add Funds: After choosing your preferred payment method, click 'Add Funds'. 


It’s important to ensure that the funds deposited in your Helio wallet match or exceed the requested deposit amount. Depositing less than the required amount could lead to delays or failed transactions.

Review Details: You'll be shown the fees, exchange rate, and the total amount you'll receive. Choose your preferred payment method, review all the details, and then click 'Buy Now' to confirm your purchase.

Verification Code: Enter your email address again to receive a new code. After entering the verification code, proceed to input your personal information and card details, and complete the KYC verification process.

For first-time deposits using a new payment method, you’ll need to re-enter your card details.

Approve the Transaction: Once all details are filled out, you’ll have two options:

You can then choose to either return to the app by selecting 'Back to App' or monitor the status of your order by clicking 'Track the Order'.

Final Approval: After completing the payment process, enter your email address again and click 'Pay'. A confirmation pop-up will appear for you to approve the transaction. Once you’ve approved it, refresh your account page to see the updated funds.

If you encounter issues while transferring funds from Helio to your Valor Markets account, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Valor Markets account.
2. Navigate to the Deposit section and select Pay by Card.
3. Enter the Amount and Currency, ensuring the amount doesn't exceed your available Helio funds.
4. Click Continue and then Confirm.
5. Log in to Helio using the same email address associated with your Valor Markets account.
6. Approve the deposit by clicking Pay and confirm the transaction.

Once the funds are transferred to your Valor Markets wallet, refresh your page to see the updated balance.
