Help Center🔗How to Link Your Account for the First Time
To link your trading account for the first time:
- Navigate to the Account page
Please note that a CPY trading account must be created within your Valor Markets broker account in order to connect it to the Valor Social Copy Trading App. Only one CPY account can be created per broker account.
- Select the appropriate server, then enter:

- Trading account number
- Trading account password
- Account role: Copier or Signal
3. Select Link Account to complete the linking process.
Once successfully linked, your account status will display Copying, confirming that the connection is active.
(Update Your Trading Account Password / Relink Your Account)
If you update your trading account password, you must reconnect your account using the new credentials:
- Navigate to the Account page and select Settings.
- Select Trading Account.
- Choose Update Password.
- Enter your new password and select Done.
Your account will reconnect automatically using the updated credentials.
⚠️If you are unable to connect, please perform the following checks to help identify and resolve the issue.
Please review the following:
- Trading password
Confirm that you are using your trading password. Investor (read-only) passwords do not permit account access for trading or connection purposes. - Login credentials
Verify that your server selection, account number, and password are entered correctly. Inaccurate details may prevent successful authentication. - Signal account status
If you are connecting via a Signal account, ensure that all trades associated with any previously linked account are fully closed prior to reconnection.
